Pharma Active provides a temperature-controlled environment for pharmaceutical shipments, ensuring the integrity and safety of your products with active container solutions.

    Our Pre-Claim Protocol ensures that shipments remain within the required temperature range throughout their journey. In the event of a temperature excursion, we investigate the root cause and provide corrective and preventive actions.

    How It Works

    1. Customers notify LATAM Cargo about a potential temperature excursion by submitting the Pre-Claim Form.
    2. Our Operational Quality team investigates the incident.
    3. A resolution is provided within the following SLA timeline:
      • Pharma Passive: 12 business days.
      • Pharma Active: 18 business days.
